How it started
We launched Spotlyte in 2026 after watching how events actually run in smaller cities. Registrations on Google Forms. Payments as UPI screenshots. A volunteer at the gate matching names against a WhatsApp group.
The big ticketing platforms won't list a 300-person college fest in a tier 3 town; the numbers are too small for them to care.They weren't too small for us. We started with college students because that was the world we knew. Free listings, online payments, and a QR pass that scans in seconds at the gate. No spreadsheets, no cash box, no "form isn't working" messages an hour before entry.
